Return & Refund Policy

1. General
Welcome to VirtueVault! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return your product in accordance with the policy below.

2. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

3. Conditions for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts are included
  • You can provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
  • Promotional or discounted items may have specific conditions, stated at the time of purchase

4. Return Procedure
To request a return, please contact our support team at support@virtuevault.us.
You will receive instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Please ensure the product is safely packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Returns must be shipped using a courier service with tracking.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund — and we'll cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow an additional 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
  • In case of a defective or incorrect product, VirtueVault will cover all return shipping costs.

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

9. Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@virtuevault.us. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the return procedure above.

10. Exceptions
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
