How to Take
As a dietary supplement, take two servings (4 soft gels) daily for the first four to eight weeks to optimize results. After feeling results, you may maintain the same benefits with one serving (2 soft gels) daily. OmegaXL can be taken all at once, or twice daily, however a consistent routine is necessary with any supplement.
